What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Net Banking from leading banks across India.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location
Return Policy
As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, every lamara item is unique and made-to-order specifically for you once your purchase is complete. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
This policy applies to instances of:
- Buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size
- Incorrect color choice
- Change of mind
Damaged or Defective Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund.
If your item is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Proof: Email us at lamaracreatives@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Note: We cannot process a return, refund, or exchange for any reason other than a defect or damage confirmed by photographic evidence.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, because LAMARA products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse, incorrect size ordered, or change of mind, as the item is custom-created specifically for you upon purchase.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement if the item you receive is:
- Defective: The product itself is flawed (e.g., misprints, poor stitching).
- Damaged: The product was broken or harmed during shipping.
- Incorrect: You received the wrong item.
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo as well as video of the damage or defect so we can quickly arrange a resolution for you.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value
