As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, every LAMARA item is unique and made-to-order specifically for you once your purchase is complete. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Damaged or Defective Products

- Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
